This project involves the installation of a P2.5 high-resolution LED display in a lecture hall (dewan kuliah) to serve as the main visual aid for academic and corporate-style presentations. The screen arrangement is 13 panels wide × 12 panels high, giving an overall dimension of 4.16 m (W) × 1.92 m (H) with a pixel resolution of 1664 × 768. At nearly 180 inches diagonal, the display provides a commanding presence in the hall, ensuring that every participant—from the front rows to the back—can clearly see presentation slides, videos, and visual materials. The fine 2.5 mm pixel pitch guarantees sharp text and vibrant imagery, even at closer viewing distances.

The display’s wide aspect ratio (~2.17:1) makes it versatile for different content formats. Standard 16:9 presentations can be shown in the center, while additional space at the sides can be used for supporting graphics, logos, or real-time information such as lecture notes or announcements. Its brightness and contrast levels are well-suited for indoor environments, providing excellent visibility even under lecture hall lighting. The screen not only enhances learning effectiveness during lectures but also elevates the hall’s capability for hosting seminars, conferences, and official university events.
